The questionnaire helps us understand you better before our counseling session, so we can offer better service. Please choose the questionnaire based on your gender.

Online Booking

Fill out the form to select your preferred consultation time. We will confirm your booking via email. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.

Equipment and Software

Here's what you need for online counseling:

  • A computer, phone, or tablet with a camera and microphone, either built-in or attached and a good internet connection.

  • Install Microsoft Teams on your device. If you prefer another video software, let your counselor know, and we'll try to accommodate your preference.

  • A comfortable chair with support for your head and neck.

*We'll set aside an extra 5-10 minutes before your first session to test everything and make sure the counseling goes smoothly.

Our fees are clear and simple:

  • Individual counseling: $120 per hour, per session.

  • Couples or relationship counseling: $220 for a 2-hour session.

Payment is due within 48 hours after the session ends. No payment is needed upfront.

Change & Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.

Any cancellation or re-schedule made less than 24 will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to one full session.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

What does an Inside-Out Coach do?

Everything you experience in life, without exception, comes from inside you. When people face challenges, they often think that "things happen to them." In reality, these challenges are created by their inner world.

An Inside-Out Coach helps you discover the inner causes of your problems and guides you to transform them. When your inner world changes, your life experiences and circumstances will also change.

What is Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a special state of mind that helps change behaviors and beliefs. In this state, your body feels deeply relaxed, and your brain becomes highly open to positive suggestions.

Hypnotherapy combines hypnosis with scientific techniques to help people reshape, adjust, or replace unwanted behaviors or deep beliefs. This helps them achieve their desired outcomes.

Since 1958, the American Medical Association (AMA) has recognized hypnotherapy as an effective medical tool for improving certain conditions. Over the years, hypnosis has been widely used as a drug-free method to address various mental and physical issues, promoting overall health and well-being.

Can I be hypnotized?

Everyone can enter a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is a natural state that we go in and out of every day, like when waking up, before sleeping, or watching a movie.

The hypnotherapist’s role is to guide you into this state and help you change specific behaviors or beliefs to achieve your goals.

Can your service help with financial issues?

Absolutely. Financial problems are common challenges for many people, and these issues are also created from within.

We help you transform core beliefs about money, such as “I have to work hard for every penny” or “Money isn’t essential,” which cause your financial challenges. When your beliefs shift, your financial outcomes will unfold in ways beyond what you can imagine at perfect timing.

Can you prescribe medication?

No, all our services focus on improving mental and physical health through drug-free methods. We do not prescribe medication or diagnose illnesses.

To help you achieve your goals effectively, our coach may request a referral from a specialist or psychologist, depending on your condition (e.g., cancer, headaches, depression, or other issues), before creating a plan and starting counseling.

Will the hypnotherapist control me and make me do things I don’t want to do?

Hypnosis is a way to access your subconscious, not a method to control others.

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. With your consent, the hypnotherapist acts as a professional guide, helping you use your inner power more effectively, change behaviors, and train your brain to focus on new goals. Therefore, a hypnotherapist cannot make you do anything against your will.

What if I’ve never meditated before?

No experience is needed. I guide you through each session, making meditation easy and beneficial for you.

How do I know if your services are right for me?

You can start with our Freedomind service, which includes the Course-Only Plan option. This allows you to explore the core concepts of how we address challenges. If you feel the Freedomind course isn’t a good fit, you can request a refund within 7 days.

How long does it typically take to see changes?

The time it takes to see changes depends on your willingness and ability to change. Change can happen instantly, and results can appear right away. However, some people may learn but fail to apply what they’ve learned, continuing to live a life of suffering without realizing it.

Therefore, the speed of progress is entirely up to you. Your life has always been in your control, the question is whether you know how to apply what you’ve learned.
