The questionnaire helps us understand you better before our coaching session, so we can offer better service. Please choose the questionnaire based on your gender.
Online Booking
Fill out the form to select your preferred consultation time. We will confirm your booking via email. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.

Equipment and Software
Here's what you need for online counseling:
A computer, phone, or tablet with a camera and microphone, either built-in or attached and a good internet connection.
Install Microsoft Teams on your device. If you prefer another video software, let your counselor know, and we'll try to accommodate your preference.
A comfortable chair with support for your head and neck.
*We'll set aside an extra 5-10 minutes before your first session to test everything and make sure the counseling goes smoothly.

Our fees are clear and simple:
Online coaching: $120 per hour, per session
Text coaching: $37 per hour
Couples or relationship coaching: $220 for a 2-hour session.
Payment is due within 48 hours after the session ends. No upfront payment is required.
Pricing
Change & Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.
Any cancellation or re-schedule made less than 24 will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to one full session.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

How long is each coaching session?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, designed to dive deep into your goals and challenges. Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged based on your needs.
How are coaching sessions conducted?
Sessions are primarily virtual, offering flexibility no matter where you are. Video sessions take place on platforms like Microsoft Teams, with phone calls available for voice-only coaching. For text-based coaching, we use secure messaging platforms of your choice—just let me know what works best for you.
How often will we meet?
Most clients meet weekly or biweekly to maintain momentum. Consistency is key to creating lasting change.
How soon will I notice a difference?
The speed of progress depends on your willingness and ability to embrace change. Transformation can happen quickly—sometimes even instantly—when you apply what you learn. However, without consistent effort, some people unknowingly repeat old patterns and stay stuck.
Your progress is entirely in your hands. My role is to provide the knowledge and support to help you live a successful, fulfilling life—it’s up to you to put it into action.
What do I need to prepare before starting?
All you need is an open mind and a desire for change. Before our first session, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to help me understand your goals and challenges, so we can dive right in.
Can you guarantee success?
Reality is the result of what comes from within. If you make real changes inside, your life will definitely change. We are committed to helping you make these changes, but we cannot control them. In other words, this is a collaborative journey, and the guarantee of success depends on you.
Is coaching confidential?
